Our Predictive Dialer also

simultaneously delivering voice and the prospect's record to
a data terminal. This allows automation of your calling records for

Business to Business call campaigns where automation is not the
proper solution, we will manually dial the telephone. Even
when a campaign requires manual dialing, we still recommend calling
from an automated database. This allows our staff to be

| Our TMS is a high-level
contact database and reporting system, which is accessible by
our agents through the click of a mouse or pull-down menu. This
decreases the learning curve for effective operation and eliminates
the need to memorize complex information, function keys, or manual
scripting. Our database can manage unlimited scripts, links, video
clips, sound files and disposition codes. We
are also able to listen to each conversation via remote call monitoring
-- an effective quality control and training tool.
Customized reports for our clients

reports in real time, giving our clients immediate feedback
on any of their campaigns or applications.
The feature-rich reporting capabilities

information in our database to be accessed from a standard touch
tone telephone. Clients and their customers are able to input
requests, such as billing inquiries, work schedules, account
balance, product requests, order entry, etc. The database then
delivers information back to a CSR via our ACD/PBX. The service is
accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

| Blending
Inbound & Outbound Calls |

Our Stratasoft system allows calls
to be intelligently routed. Agent screens and databases change
as inbound calls are received while outbound calls slow to accommodate
the blending. The campaign speed adjusts as the call flow types
change. Agents can be setup as inbound/outbound blending agents
or as inbound or outbound only.
When an agent receives an inbound
call, the screen and database associated with the inbound campaign
will automatically display on the agent's terminal. When the
agent completes the call, and there are no additional inbound
calls in the queue, the system will begin placing outbound calls.
This blending method decreases costs, increases productivity,
and solves the staffing issues involved with cyclical call volume
patterns.

Auto Announcement |
|
Our
StrataVoice is an outbound automated dialing system designed for
companies and organizations that need to contact large volumes of
people in a short period of time. StrataVoice applications
vary from sales and marketing calls to public notification of
important bulletins and events.
StrataVoice is a fully integrated
automated dialing system that automatically dials a database
of numbers. It delivers your digitally produced voice
announcement upon detection of a "live voice" and/or
"answering machine" answering the telephone.
Based on the contacted party's response, the system is capable
of asking a series of questions, then branching to other questions
or statements based on the individual responses. StrataVoice
also allows the contacted party to either speak instantly
with our live attendant or leave a message, such as name, address
and best time to call back.

Party Verification - Call Recording |

Our
computer telephony system allows our staff to start and stop
recording a conversation with a mouse click. The "record" feature
can be automatic (starts when a call is connected) or activated when
a call is complete and authorization needs to be recorded. Recorded
files can be saved and stored on CD or tape. Voice files
originate in a .vox format.
